🏙️ 🌇 🎆 Our new project — in one of Warsaw’s most beautiful skyscrapers! 🏙️ 🌇 🎆

Welcome to Rondo 1. This is where CitySpace opened its very first location, ten years ago. And it’s here, on the 12th floor, that a new space has recently come to life — 180 workstations, designed by us.

We love this building, and the brief for CitySpace gave us every reason to make the most of what it offers.

🌇 Breathtaking panoramic views over Warsaw’s vibrant business centre.
🌇 And a spectacular atrium — over 150 metres tall — set at the 10th floor and opening visually across four floors above it.

In practical terms, the new CitySpace space includes 38 boutique offices (from 1 to 11 workstations), 3 conference rooms, 3 focus rooms, a game room and two fully equipped kitchens.

“Rondo 1 is one of Warsaw’s finest high-rises — and an address that comes with expectations,” says Fruit Orchard founder Kasia Miastkowska. “We wanted our interiors to bring together classic elegance and modernity in a way that feels natural rather than forced. We paired soft beiges and greys with bottle green. That colour mix, alongside walnut wood, a touch of brass and fabric textures, gives the space warmth — without competing with the monumental surroundings.”
