Azan

Azan is a leading Polish distributor of premium pet food.

Its new office isn’t located in the city center or in an office building—it was built next to the company’s warehouse, in a modern logistics center near Radom. From the very beginning, we agreed on one thing with the client: this could not be an “office next to a warehouse” in the conventional sense. It was meant to provide exactly the same experience that we design in the best office buildings.

The challenge was the limited floor space combined with a very ambitious functional program. We had to fit workspaces for warehouse and office staff, areas for meetings, training, and team-building activities, break rooms, conference rooms, a coffee station, and locker rooms all within a single space.

There weren’t any extra meters, so each of them had to work twice as hard.

This is how, among other things, the cafeteria was created, which, when combined with the conference room, transforms into a training and event space. We also designed compact meeting rooms and multifunctional common areas. We maintained a cozy atmosphere throughout—with plenty of greenery, wood, and warm, earthy colors.

The result is a truly valuable office: functional, tailored to the team’s work style, and reflective of the company’s character.
