Novo is the newest Warsaw serviced office under the CitySpace brand. We wanted this office – although located in the heart of the capital, on Nowogrodzka Street – to be an oasis of calm. A place that allows you to focus, de-stress, and rest.

The entrance area is arranged like a hotel lobby – with comfortable sofas and soft lighting. It’s perfect for informal conversations or a moment of focus with your laptop.

We chose furniture in shades of beige and white, complemented by olive-colored accents. Rounded shapes and soft fabrics create a welcoming atmosphere.

Plants in pots not only oxygenate the space but also create natural dividers between zones.

Large windows provide access to daylight, which is one of the most important features of an office that’s friendly to stressed bodies The effect is enhanced by light-colored finishes and natural wood flooring.

The social area resembles a café, with hanging plants and lightweight olive-colored furniture. We wanted it to be an ideal place for informal conversations.

The space is divided into zones – from open meeting areas to private offices. Everyone can find a spot that suits their needs.
