The new, boutique office of Ochnik Development is located in the developer’s recently completed building. In addition to the workspace, a sales office is available for the company’s clients.
Our task was to create a design that not only seamlessly blends into the building’s atmosphere but also serves as a unique showcase for the company’s visiting clients.
Beyond the entrance area, where the reception and meeting rooms for sales office clients are located, the interior houses spaces for management and employees. All parts of the office – both those for clients and those exclusively for company needs – are finished to an equally high standard. Besides work rooms, coffee points, and a kitchen, the office is also equipped with dedicated acoustic rooms, including spaces for online meetings.
Throughout the office, attention was paid to high-quality finishing materials and precise detail execution. Materials used include Vescom wallpapers, Dunin mosaics, modern technological solutions, as well as eco-friendly Ege carpets, and vintage lounge chairs transferred from the previous office, which blend perfectly with the contemporary interior.
The entire office maintains a subdued color scheme based on a beige palette, Balkan walnut wood, black, white, and brass accents.
The classic elegance of the office evokes thoughts of a prestigious apartment rather than a typical workspace. As was the client’s expectation.
